- 1.) A solution means first you have to find what x and y equals so it can make the equation true and the solution is where x and y intercepts.
- 2.) The solution is going to be on one line.
- 3.) A system of equations is when you have to equations and first you solve one of them to find what one of the variables equal then you plug in what the variable eguals to the other equation and then you get your answer of two coordinate points.
- 4.) A solution to that kind of equation means where the two equations intercept.
- 5.) A solution to that kind of problem looks like to lines in a graph , but yo have to shade the correct side of each line.

1. The first part is great! Until you get to part about finding where they intercept. =P A solution is only the x and y that make the equation true.

4. Basically, its ONE pair of x and y that make BOTH equations true.
5. No shading. Not for equations. Just for inequalities.
